Now put water in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the water becomes hot, add coarsely ground corn, finely chopped onion, semolina, capsicum and mix it well. After this, add oil, chilli flakes and salt as per taste and mix it. When this mixture stops sticking to the pan, turn off the gas. After some time, when this material cools down, knead the mixture like flour with both hands.
